I'm feeling overwhelmed today. Anxiety is high. New job, moving, single, lots to do and it's all getting the best of me today. You know what helps me with that? Making lists. Getting things out of my head and down on paper always helps me declutter. I'm sure ACTUALLY getting those things done would be make me feel even better, but for the time being, the 7 lists I made this evening have helped.
